Self-knowledge
Really what I should do is subscribe to In Style. I pay $4 when I buy it on the newstand. It’s roughly $1 per issue by subscription. I would save $35 a year if I just subscribed. Not exactly change-your-life money, but still.
But I won’t. Instead I’ll keep doing what I currently do, which is convince myself that I’m not really an In Style reader. I just pick it up when I want to zone out on the subway after a long day.
Every month.
